To report a burned out street light call Ameren/IP at 1-800-755-5000. 

Do not choose any of the options offered, just stay on the line until a customer service representative answers.  You need to report the address or be able to describe the location of the light. 

Examples would be:  at the intersection of Vermilion and Dodge on the northeast corner; the first light north of the intersection of Vermilion and Dodge on the east side of Vermilion.  If the light is at an address simply report the address. 

Street lights provide for public safety and are known to reduce crime and traffic accidents.
